Privacy, in plain English.

On this website: there are no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The pages are static files served by Cloudflare Pages. Nothing you do on northbore.com is profiled, and no data about your visit is kept beyond Cloudflare's standard security logging.

When you book a call: scheduling runs on Calendly (calendly.com), which processes your name, email address and chosen time under Calendly's own privacy policy, available on their site. NorthBore receives those details to hold the appointment and nothing else.

When you email: your message and email address stay in Gopal's mailbox, are used only to answer you, and are not added to any marketing list or shared with anyone else.

If you become a client: any information shared for a build - enquiry sources, templates, price lists - is used solely to deliver and support your system. It is never sold, never used as training data, and is deleted on request when the engagement ends.

Your rights (UK GDPR): you can ask what personal data NorthBore holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time. Email gopal@northbore.com and it will be handled personally, usually within a few working days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are ever unhappy with the answer.
